International Scout 800 Chieftain v1.0 Mod

This started as an update from an older maxmike tweak but it was so much of a departure from his original i decided to make this a stand alone. This version still has larger tires and a beefed up engine but not on the same level. Not a huge overhaul but enough to beef up the Scout and make it fun similar to my Khan Sasquatch. This is also my effort to give people on console a low cost capable scout, and for those who dont own all the dlc just starting out.

Increased HP on the top engine
tuned suspensions for more flex on the trails, its no rock crawler but will get you through some stuff
tires by Quasimiyao
added additional tires and tuned stats
Gearboxes given extra gears and tuned
bumpers front and rear
200+ paint schemes
